EXprimi Beauty Policy Return:
Sometimes it just doesn’t work out, and that’s okay! If you change your mind about your purchase, you are welcome to return your product to us.
From the day you receive your item, our return policy is valid for 7 days.
We will need to receive the item(s) back unopened seal, unused and in the original packaging for change of mind and ordered incorrect item (s)
Please ensure that returned item(s) are supplemented with your order confirmation, a copy of your delivery note along with all accessories and free of charge gifts.
20% restocking fee will apply.
Gift cards/vouchers purchased cannot be returned and are not redeemable for cash unless faulty.
Shipping on Refundid returns is at the cost of the customer and is deducted from the refund. For returns processed through the returns form below, the customers will pay for their shipping and receive a full refund of their item(s) minus the restocking fee.
Items bought on sale or with the use of discount code will be refunded at the price paid after discount.
Orders placed with gift cards or store credit will have the full amount refunded via Refundid, the gift card/store credit will not be reinstated, unless returned via our returns form.

The item(s) should be in its original and including unopened seal, along with the corresponding original order confirmation, delivery note, accessories and free gifts.
For a pickup service, delivery charges may apply.
Reasons for return via Refundid
Change of Mind
If the product received back to us is unopened, unused and in the original packaging including all its accessories. You will need to return within 7 days of purchasing the item(s) and pay for return shipping.
Ordered incorrect Item.
Sometimes we make mistakes. You could return your item(s) if you ordered incorrectly, as long as the item(s) is unopened, unused and in the original packaging. You will need to return within 7 days of purchasing the item(s) and pay for return shipping.
Allergy
In the rare instance you've had an allergic reaction to a product, please take a photo of the reaction and discontinue use of the product immediately. Allergy returns must be less than 15% used upon arrival back with us. EXprimi will cover the shipping costs.
Reason for return via returns form
Damaged in transit
If you have received an item(s) that has arrived damaged, please take a photo and contact us within 2 days of delivery using the returns form below. Please don't dispose of the item until we've had a chance to chat with you!
Received incorrect Item.
If you have received the wrong item(s), you can return your item(s) free of charge and EXprimi will cover any shipping costs. Please complete your return using the returns form below.
Faulty Item
If the item you have received is faulty, please contact us with a detailed description of the product fault and a photo if possible, using the returns form below to organize a replacement or refund including any shipping costs incurred.
Excluded products/categories:
Products excluded from our returns policy include menstrual care, oral care, intimate care and sexual wellness products for hygiene and safety reasons. This does not apply to faulty items. In addition, the purchase of gift cards are excluded from our returns policy. Please note for any phone orders or amended orders they will need to be processed via our returns form.
